The location of this place is fantastic and brilliant, situated in a lovely area, with comfortable twin rooms featuring nice beds, safe boxes, work desks, and TVs with satellite channels.

The only thing we liked is that there is free wi fi connection to internet in the public areas but internet also worked in our room. La única cosa que nos gustó es Internet wi fi gratuito en el hotel pero Internet también funcionó en nuestra habitación.

This hotel was the biggest deception for us. First, its location: it is situated on the hill of the mountain and quite far from the beach, which made it very difficult to come back from the beach especially with a child. The staff of the hotel was very indifferent, when we arrived the bed for the child was not ready and I had to go three times to the reception and ask them to prepare the bed. We paid extra money for the child but when the bed was ready, it was simply the sofa in the living room which was broken, and the mattress was on the floor, which made it impossible to sleep. The other beds were also very uncomfortable. The rooms were extremely old; you can see the hotel has not been refurbished for a long time.

We were upgraded to a beautiful room with a balcony due to a problem with the twin room.

Staff very helpful, efficient and pleasant througout our stay. Very good pool area and the staff in the kids area were very good. Grounds superbly maintained.

Beds were quite uncomfortable as reported by others prior to our departure. Took base undercover off both beds which made a difference to noise. Type of undercover I put on the beds in student accomodation. Noise of other residents returning to their appartments quite late. We had an infant and I had to knock on a door to ask them to quiten down and also go outside my room to do the same on another nite. If you have infants request top floor and away from noise/pool area if you want it quieter.

Returned for the second year running to this Hotel, booking direct on this occasion, which was all very easy. Great value and well priced. Hotel was spotlessly clean, our rooms cleaned every day. Food was excellent.

This place has a fantastic location right by the beach, offering a variety of breakfast options including fresh fruit, pastries, and cheese, and it's just a short distance from Playa de Cala Galdana.

The pool which was very nice and suitable for young children & babies. The nice staff lady who still made me coffee when the bar wasn't open, and gave me free olives.

The hard tile floor makes you very nervous with a mobile baby who's likely to fall over lots. The cot was broken There are plastic sheets on the beds!! What am I, 3 years old or something?? The plastic makes noise everytime you move. The wifi is only available near reception. They really need to fix this, cheapskates. You could not see over the balcony wall when sitting. There was a massive aircon unit on the balcony blowing hot air on you. The rooms were cleaned well, but they do not do our dishes, and there was nothing to clean them with. Cala galdana has a very nice beach, but it's a tourist town.

The satff of the hotel was really friendly and the food(breakfast+dinner) was excellent.

The hotel is on the top of the hill, without car is not so easy to go the beaches.

This place is a nice basic hotel located in a good area with a great breakfast that offers gluten-free bread along with fresh fruit, pastries, and cheese.

Relaxed friendly family environment. Have stayed there the last 2 years. This year the professional entertainment in the evening had improved.

Bad wifi connection, and only in reception area. Ants everywhere in the room and outside. Very low standard rooms, in big need of renovation. The beds are terrible, you can feel every spring in the mattresses. Very noisy kid shows in the evenings. Singing and screaming until 11pm.
